Book a Session
This ancient healing modality works for everyone, every time, the first time.
To receive the full depth of this experience, consider approaching your session with intention and openness. Here are a few ways to prepare yourself:
1. Keep an Open Mind
You may feel things you weren’t expecting—emotionally, physically, or even spiritually. Let go of expectations and allow whatever arises to unfold. There is no right or wrong way to experience breathwork. It is important to let go of any expectations you may have. Expect doors to open but have no expectations of which doors those will be.
2. Keep an Open Heart
Healing happens when we soften. Let your heart be receptive to whatever needs to move through you. Whether it’s joy, grief, clarity, or something beyond words, trust that your heart knows what to do. Your mind will fight at first, and this is normal. Lean into whatever arises, no matter what. The breathe never takes you where youre not ready to go.
3. Trust That You Are Here for a Reason
You didn’t find this work by accident. Something inside you was drawn to this experience—honor that. Whether you know why you’re here or not, trust that your breath will guide you exactly where you need to go. Breathwork can stir memories, and sensations but everything you experience is safe and normal.
4. Surrender Fully & Give Yourself Permission to Feel It All
Breathwork isn’t about controlling the experience—it’s about letting go. Give yourself permission to have a full-spectrum journey. Some moments may feel intense, others blissful. Whatever comes, let it move through you. Whether you're meant to experience, peace, healing or clarity, trust the breath knows exactly where to go.
5. Breathe Deeply & Freely
The deeper you inhale and the freer you exhale, the more powerful your journey will be. Think of each breath as a key, unlocking deeper layers of yourself. When in doubt, breathe bigger. You can't screw it up.
6. If Your Mind Drifts, Return to the Breath
Your mind may wander—that’s okay. Just gently bring yourself back to the rhythm of your breath. Every inhale is a new beginning, every exhale a release. Let your breath be your anchor. Remember when your mind wonders, it's just resistance. Acknowledge and thoughts with compassion and go back to focusing on the breath.
7. Notice Resistance with Compassion
If you find yourself resisting—whether physically, mentally, or emotionally—meet it with curiosity rather than judgment. Resistance often signals a doorway to something deeper. Instead of fighting it, breathe through it. When we are resistant in breathwork, 10 times out of 10 we are also resistant to something in our everyday life.
8. Stay Present for Your Own Experience
Especially in a group setting, it’s easy to be drawn into what others are experiencing. But this is your journey. Stay present with what’s unfolding inside you. Your healing matters and staying present for it is the best gift you can give yourself.
Above all, trust yourself. Your breath knows the way. You are safe here. Let go, dive in, and allow yourself to receive the healing that is waiting for you.
